How do I access my download after purchase?

After completing your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with your download link. You can also access all your purchases anytime by logging into your account and going to My Account → Orders.

Can I download my file more than once?

Yes. Once purchased, your file is permanently saved in your account. You can re-download it anytime from My Account → Orders — there is no download limit.

What devices can I use to access my files?

Our files are standard PDF format, compatible with any device: Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, and any PDF reader app.

What if I can't find the download link?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If not there, log in to My Account → Orders. Still can't find it? Contact us and we'll resend it immediately.

Are the files complete?

Yes. Every resource is manually reviewed before listing. You get the full file — all chapters, all questions, all answers.

Do the files match my textbook edition exactly?

We list the specific edition for each resource. Always match the edition number before purchasing. If you accidentally buy the wrong edition, contact us for a replacement.

What file format do you use?

All files are PDF format. Some solution manuals may include additional formats like Word, but PDF is always included.

Can I print the files?

Yes. The PDFs are standard and can be printed normally. No DRM or copy protection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay — all processed securely through Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for all payments, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never store your card details.

Why do prices vary between resources?

Prices reflect the size and complexity of the resource. Solution manuals are often more expensive than test banks. Bundles offer the best value.

What is your refund policy?

Digital products are generally non-refundable after download. However, if the file is incorrect, corrupted, or not as described, we will replace it immediately or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

I downloaded the wrong file — can I get a refund?

If you purchased the wrong edition by mistake, contact us. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and often provide a replacement at no extra cost.

How fast does support respond?

Our team responds within 2–6 hours during business hours. We resolve all issues — no ticket goes unanswered.

Can you add a textbook that's not in your library?

Yes! Select 'Request a New Title' on our contact form. Include the full title, author, edition, and ISBN. We typically add new titles within 48–72 hours.
