Our Commitment
We stand behind every resource in our library. If anything is wrong with your file, we will fix it or refund you — no questions asked. We have a very simple rule: if you received what we promised, no refund. If you didn't, we make it right immediately.
When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
- Wrong file delivered — You received a different title or edition than what was listed
- Corrupted file — The PDF is unreadable, incomplete, or won't open
- File is not as described — Missing chapters, answers, or key content
- Duplicate charge — Your card was charged more than once for the same order
- Technical failure — Payment was taken but the order was never created
To request a refund, email
support@testbankcollege.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 2–6 hours.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- You purchased the wrong edition (we will offer a replacement at a discount)
- You changed your mind after downloading the file
- You found the material available elsewhere
- The content was too difficult or not what you expected

Wrong Edition? We Help.
Bought the wrong edition by mistake? We handle this case-by-case. In most situations, we will:
- Replace the file with the correct edition at no charge
- Offer a significant discount on the correct edition
- Issue a partial refund if a suitable replacement isn't available

How to Request a Refund

- Describe the issue — Tell us what's wrong with the file — a screenshot helps
- We respond within 2–6 hours — We investigate and resolve every case quickly
- Refund issued — Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method
